This program is design to help founders and founding teams to identify meaningufl opportunties creating a new product or service and to validate that the identified opportunity is a good fit for them.


During the program the founders:

  1. Learn the fundamentals of design thinking

  2. The principles of 'Lean Startup'

  3. Develop the skills needed to conduct effective customer discovery interviews

  4. Learn the basics of business models

  5. Conduct research on the competition

  6. Learn the fundamentals of prototyping

Program Design:

  • Cohort based

  • 16-48 startups

  • 3-4 months

Delivery model:

  • In person

  • Hybrid (1st and last week are in person. The remainder is remote)
