  1. Develop a framework for expansion;

  2. Identify potential target markets for expansion;

  3. Conduct customer, partner and investor interviews in a target market 

  4. Develop a specific plan for entering the market; and

  5. Determine if a particular market is worth the investment required.

Each founder is partnered with and experienced operator to guide them through this process.


The program includes an 'in-market' visit to gain a first hand understanding of the market and to conduct in-person interviews.
