Walter co-founded Blackhawk Network (IPO - HAWK), built a $500 million Gift Card Mall in 4 years, he was also a board advisor to CashStar (digital marketing and coupons, acquired for $175 million). Walter CoFounded a company called CardFact (turnkey compliance service business), sold to Card Compliant and built a $300 million gift card exchange kiosk and online platform for Redbox; sold to Blackhawk. He led strategy pivot at SKUloop e-commerce platform that led to acquisition by Antuit.ai.
