I integrate foresight (futures thinking) with customer insights and design thinking to help companies succeed at every stage of the innovation process, from uncovering emerging opportunities to developing Go To Market strategy. I've worked on many successful products, including ServiceNow's Impact customer success offering, our most successful product release yet. I'm an academically trained futurist with experience and a wide toolset to help you better understand the opportunities and threats coming in the future. I'm an experienced market researcher who loves uncovering customer aspirations to help you better understand how to connect to emerging needs. I'm a design researcher who knows how to work horizontally with different stakeholders with different perspectives and needs. I like bringing creative approaches to my clients, because that's how you get the fresh perspective that enables competitive advantage.

I'm a thought leader who enjoys teaching, public speaking and writing. I have taught intro and graduate level foresight classes at CCA and Stanford. I have engaged audiences at TEDx, South by Southwest, the Commonwealth Club and many other venues. I welcome speaking opportunities.
