Hanz has 15+ years with Silicon Valley high tech startups and non-profit businesses with leadership roles in the areas of finance, client development, sales & operations, and corporate strategy. Hanz has been mentoring and advising companies across the globe in customer experience, go-to market strategy, fund raising, growth culture mindsets, and hiring. He has created executive and leadership training programs, has been an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley, and continues his L&D efforts in  the United States, and abroad. He is extremely passionate at working with entrepreneurs and finding the best ways in helping them grow their ideas.
