Bow is an accomplished C-level executive and serial entrepreneur who knows how to fund and rapidly scale early stage companies. This skill has been learned through his breadth of management experience ranging from Group President of Sprint Telecommunications (with a two billion dollar P&L) managing the Western United States, to getting funded by Microsoft for startup, Human Engineered Software. He has held CEO and COO positions with successful early-stage and enterprise corporations. In addition he has seen over 15,000 funding pitches and mentored over 100 companies.

Bow has successfully negotiated funding rounds with first-tier venture capital firms for two startup companies. His specialties include, but are not limited to creating a solid "Value Proposition" for each company that is the foundation for their business development and rapid scaling. He believes a clear and compelling Value Proposition is the key foundation to improve both funding and design win strategies. 

In addition, as founder and CEO of Vet-Tech, Inc., Bow successfully mentored U.S. Veteran entrepreneurs to build and fund their business through the Vet-Tech network.
